I came across Chromasonic one day In my exhausting search to find someone who could repair my 1960s stereo console radio/record player. With my luck, the best repair service I could’ve asked for was in my hometown a mile away. Dave, the owner, immediately accommodated me and showed deep respect and appreciation for this family heirloom I was trying to restore. Dave’s communication throughout the repair process was outstanding as we spoke over both phone and email and he sent me pictures along the way with explanations of what he was repairing. After putting everything back together at my home, he made a personal house visit to ensure complete functionality of the radio and record player and absolutely guaranteed satisfaction. I should preface all of this with the fact that despite Chromasonic being a television repair and sale shop, they STILL took my service request in and helped me out. Chromasonic is a true example of how customer service should look and I would recommend their sales and services to anyone.
Our Plasma TV would not power on. I was thinking our only option would be to replace the TV. I looked online and found Chromasonic TV. I spoke with Dave and he said I could bring it in and he would take a look. Two days later Dave called back to let me know he was able to replace the power supply and the TV was working again. I’m glad we were able to keep a perfectly good TV away from the landfill. Great Service!
We needed a new tv to replace a non-functional tv. Dave at Chromasonic was wonderful! He asked us questions on our viewing habits to determine the best fit for us. And the very best part? Once we made our decision, he delivered and installed our new tv himself. Chromasonic is the best!
We had a fantastic experience with Dave at Chromasonic. Our modern 65" 4K Flat-screen TV ceased to work - just months after the warranty expired. We were about to purchase a replacement TV when the thought occurred to me to give a traditional TV repair shop a call. We phoned Dave and asked for an honest opinion as to whether it would be more cost-effective to repair vs. replace our 4K set. We are so glad we did. Dave was able to diagnose and replace the power circuitry inside our TV within a week! We saved hundreds of dollars or more by repairing. All of our interactions were completely safe - with face masks and 6 feet of separation at all times. Professional, cost-effective, efficient - I highly recommend.
I called the owner about fixing my portable AC unit. He has not been doing that kind of work for years, but he was still a wealth of knowledge about possible solutions and how to be costs effective. He was very nice and very helpful!
